AXEL Axel Kroeck, born in 1951, is a friend of Auroville living in Germany who offered some of his paintings for the Art for Land campaign. He is a well-known artist in his country. He says about his artistic research: "Form is emptiness and emptiness is form", or like being said in the Heart Sutra: " shiki soku sei KU, ku soku sei SHIKI - , now, my paintings ought to come out of the Ku and manifest itself as shiki, as form…" E-mail: angelika_kroeck@hotmail.com
